This Returns & Refund Policy describes how InMyCart™ (the "Site" or "we") handles returns or processes refunds.
Returns
- We accept returns only for defective or damaged products received upon delivery.
- Any damage caused by incorrect handling or use after delivery will not be eligible for return.
- Customers must share photos or videos of the damaged product via Email or WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery for verification.
- Our team will review the submitted evidence and determine eligibility for a return or refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method only.
Cancellation Policy
- Once we start processing the order, we will not be able to cancel it. So please WhatsApp us at 961 960 2828 to check the order status inorder to cancel the order.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for eligible products.
- Exchange requests must be made within 12 hours of delivery through Email or WhatsApp.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Once approved, exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to stock availability.
Cancellations
- Once we begin processing your order, it cannot be cancelled.
